1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and mc444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 3. Account Verification (KYC)

mc444 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity and age of players. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including at the time of registration, when requesting a withdrawal, or when any account activity triggers a review. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

4. Deposits

mc444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a wallet registered to a different person — are not accepted and may result in account suspension and return of funds. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although individual transaction limits may be imposed by your mobile wallet provider.

Deposits are normally credited to your mc444 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile wallet used to make the original deposit. mc444 does not support withdrawals to a different wallet or to a third party's wallet under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours (9 AM to 10 PM).
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically within 30 minutes during BST business hours.
• Withdrawals requested outside BST business hours may take up to 12 hours to process.
• mc444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending state and the player will be notified.

mc444 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply transaction fees on receipt of funds. This is outside mc444's control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

mc444 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household and per mobile wallet number. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mc444. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or mc444 staff members to manipulate game outcomes or bonus payouts.
• Using a false identity, providing fraudulent documentation, or misrepresenting your age, name, or address during registration or KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through mc444's internal complaints process, the matter shall be determined by reference to the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By using mc444 you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your mc444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. mc444 reserves the right to close any account at any time, without prior notice, if it determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or collusion, or if mc444 is required to do so by operation of law or regulatory obligation. In such cases, mc444 will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered mobile wallet after deducting any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements.
